1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment must be made in cash upon delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not always carry change.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
• Once dispatched, you will receive an update regarding your delivery status.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• On average, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery may take longer in remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Delivery Attempts & Order Cancellation

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping within select regions. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order confirmation.
